Gekioh: Shooting King [Vertical Shooter]

Potential Pros & Cons

PROS:
- Classic arcade-style graphics with well animated
enemies and lots of exploding objects
- Plays similarly to "Raiden" and other shooters like it
- Interesting "Bonus Mode" allows gamers to play the
ordinary game in different setups (altered graphics,
  changed difficulty, etc)
- Offers the classic shooter experience with three
  different upgradable weapons, different bombs
  and other items
- Quite challenging
- Two players can play simultaneously
- IT'S CHEEEEEAP! (In this case, it's inexpensive)

CONS:
- Cannot save your high scores
- "Comical Mode" (part of the Bonus Mode) has
  very annoying sound effects

Vyse States:
"Intense explosions, tons of enemies, little to no slowdown, upgradeable
weapons, chaotic action with a friend, bonus modes to really prefect
your skills at shooters...COSTED TEN BUCKS BRAND NEW...need I say
more? You definitely get more than what you paid for it and in a day
and age where quality shooters have become moderately expensive in
many places, Gekioh: Shooting King breaks the trend. Play this one
ASAP and make sure you thank Natsume for the North American
localization when you do."

Game Screenshots

Title Screen Gotta love old-school shooters where tiny ships have the firepower of an entire nation armada... CARNAGE!!!!
