Porindama/Porindama Online [Hentai Action Puzzler]

Potential Pros & Cons (Porindama)

PROS:
- Colorful graphics with anime style characters
- Great Soundtrack that includes jazz, heavy metal,
  Oriental, and more
- Possesses the addictive gameplay of games like
Puyo Pop Fever and other falling object puzzlers
- Play against the CPU or a friend (if you have a
  USB PC joystick)
- Moderately Challenging
- You can view the artwork you unlock from Story
  Mode in the Extra Mode
- Has a lot of story dialogue for an action puzzler...
- It's in Japanese (may deter some), though
minimal knowledge is required at BEST

CONS:
- For ages 18+
- I couldn't get Replay Mode to work for my
  instant replays
- The "Extra Mode" is a little dry
- While the game has a tutorial, there is no
training mode or such to improve your skills
- Would have been nice if characters animated a little

Vyse States:
"Match four of the same color...do it again...make a combo...geez. I often wonder
how performing such a repetitive task became so popular? Well, it doesn't do
me any good to think about it, since I think that it rocks. Porindama is very
colorful and has some great music. If you liked games like Puyo Puyo or Puyo
Pop Fever, you may get a kick out of this game. Sure, the adult scenes have been
recycled from millions of other adult games, but looking past that, Porindama is
a fine game...I'm just not sure how much the game is worth on the market."

  (from 15 to 23)

- Moderately Challenging
- It's in Japanese (may deter some), though
minimal knowledge is required at BEST

CONS:

  instant replays

Vyse States:
"Porindama Online takes everything in Porindama and kicks it up a notch...BAM!
....Okay, maybe an Emeril Legasse reference wasn't necessary, but you get the idea.
Improved visuals, improved soundtrack, improved gameplay...Porindama Online is
superior to Porindama. Both are good games and you should get them both, but if
you had to choose one, choose Porindama Online. If you find this game for sale
online, it's a pretty good game...just don't pour out all the money in your wallet!
I still couldn't save my replays though...maybe I'm doing something wrong? Ah well."
